Shop Policies

In our shop some items are pre-made and already available, while some items are only manufactured once we have collected the orders. You can look at the stock status provided at the description of any item to understand its availability.

For pre-made items:

• In stock: well-stocked and ready to be shipped.
• Low stock: the number of remaining pieces shall be specified if the product is running low.

For backorder/pre-order items:

The main customer group for these items are quidditch people who attend the QNations’ Cup in Spain. Therefore, we will collect all orders up until a specific date (provided at the description of each product) before starting to manufacture them to make them ready by the time we go to the QNations’ Cup in October. If you choose “Ship to address” delivery option, please allow up to 6 weeks after such date for your order to arrive.

US/Canada/Australia

We can ship to address to the US/Canada but it costs a fortune to deliver, so we highly recommend our supporters/buyers to order in groups. We will try to combine your orders with those nearby to save you the most. Please contact us via Facebook Page “Vietnam Quidditch Association” for further arrangements.

Europe

We plan to bring some orders to Europe in late September and start delivering from there. By this way you can save much of the shipping cost.

Please kindly note that we are a non-profit organization and selling these items to raise fund for the Vietnamese national quidditch team, not a professional retailer. To keep the price and shipping fee reasonable, we cannot choose expensive options to ship your order. Therefore, please allow about 3 weeks for pre-made items and 6 weeks after June 6^th for pre-order items to arrive at your shipping address. Thank you for your understanding.
